What flowell keeps, where, and how to delete it.
Common questions
Where is my data?
In your flowell account, with a working copy on your phone. They sync when you open the app, every minute while it’s open, and when you leave it. Only your account can open your data. AI features send only what that request needs, and nothing is kept.
How do I move to a new phone?
Install flowell on the new phone and sign in with the same account. Everything comes back on its own.
Reminders don’t arrive
Check that notifications for flowell are allowed in your phone’s settings, and that the bell on Today isn’t switched off.
How do I connect my watch?
flowell reads your watch through the phone: Apple Health on iPhone, or Health Connect on Android (Samsung Health shares into it). Open Health in flowell and tap Connect.
Prayer times look a few minutes off
Tap the clock on Today and choose the calculation method your local mosque uses. You can also adjust each prayer by a few minutes.
How do I hide a card I don’t use?
Go to More > On Today and switch it off. Nothing is deleted, and you can switch it back on at any time.
How do I delete everything?
Tap your picture at the top to open Your profile, then Privacy and data > Delete all my data. It removes everything flowell has saved, in your account and on this phone, and cancels all reminders. To remove the account too, use Account > Delete account on the same page.
Is flowell medical advice?
No. flowell records what you enter and helps you plan. Always talk to your doctor before changing medicines, diet or exercise.
